After unzipping the zip file, a new folder will be created in the same name. And this folder has to be uploaded to your site using FTP client manually.
It should be mentioned here that to complete installing WordPress plugin using FTP, you will need to access your own hosting with the FTP manager. Contact your WordPress hosting provider to get your FTP username and password if they did not give this username & password earlier.
Using the login credentials provided by your hosting provider open the FTP client on your PC or laptop. Once it is connected, then you have to access this path /wp-content/plugins/
And now, you have to upload the folder that was unzipped earlier from the zip file to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder on your web server.
